Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles (TSI, SO, ASM, RSM, Hub Head, Merchandisers, etc.)
Screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews & issuing offer letters.
Complete onboarding formalities, joining documentation, HRMS creation & induction coordination.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records, HRMS updates & personnel files.
Track confirmation, transfers, promotions & organizational updates.
Attendance tracking & leave management for sales employees.
3. Payroll Inputs & Compliance
Collect and verify sales team payroll inputs.
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll team on salary processing, incentives & reimbursements.
Ensure PF, ESI, LWF and statutory compliance documentation for sales staff.
4. Employee Engagement
Conduct employee connect calls, engagement activities & grievance handling.
Celebrate birthdays, festivals and recognition programs for sales employees.
5. Sales Employee Support
Field force support: ID cards, offer letters, CTC letters, and relieving letters.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, incentives, travel claims, etc.
Coordinate training sessions for sales teams.
6. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Prepare F&F documentation & coordinate clearance process.
Maintain attrition reports for the sales department.
