Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in interview coordination and stakeholder management.
Client handling and relationship management skills.
