Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas / EPC clients – understanding JDs, sourcing, screening, and closing.

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.

• Collaborate with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates within deadlines.

• Lead and guide a small team of recruiters to achieve set targets.

• Ensure quality profiles and timely submissions.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

• Maintain candidate database, trackers, and reports for internal and client review.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers for long-term engagement.
