*Greetings from Arnavix HR Services !!!*We have openings for *Sr HR Executive* for well know company at Sakinaka.*Salary - ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 (Net Salary) — may increase if the candidate is exceptionally good**Education* - Candidate must have completed an HR-related course or have strong, clear experience in HR.*Experience* - Min 2 years plus experience as HR Executive*Key Responsibilities*• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the whole hiring process, including sourcing, screening, offers, and induction.• Employee Relations: Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and promote a cooperative, positive atmosphere.• Performance Management: oversee performance evaluations and assist with staff development initiatives. Create checklists, SOPs, and KRAs.• HR Policies: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure that HR documentation and employee records are accurate.• Training & Development: Coordinate internal training programs.
