Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive with 3–4 years of experience to support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The candidate should be able to manage day-to-day HR activities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HRIS updates.
• Assist in payroll inputs and employee data verification.
3. Employee Engagement
• Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
• Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
• Support in building a positive workplace culture.
4. Compliance & Policies
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and company procedures.
• Support statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and labour law documentation.
• Maintain HR compliance records and audit readiness.
Required Skills

• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Educational Qualification
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
• Any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
