About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage key HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to independently handle HR operations and support business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end hiring — sourcing to joining.
• Conduct onboarding and ensure smooth employee induction.
Payroll & Compliance:
• Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance data.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
HR Operations & Documentation:
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
• Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Support engagement programs and resolve employee queries.
• Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
Performance & Reporting:
• Assist in performance appraisals and KRA tracking.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor compliance.
• Strong Excel and HRMS skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
