A person with 2-4 years or more experience in the Company or a graduate having minimum 1 year experience preferably in a Compliance Management organisation of repute.
Good understanding of statutory labour compliance of a particular State/Region. Ability to understand govt. notifications and regulations. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
Intermediate level of understanding of Central Acts and State Acts. Should be familiar with the provisions of these acts and be able to communicate them. Should be aware of industry best practices and able to grasp new learnings, techniques, and skills.
Ability to work well with teams and handle client queries promptly and effectively. Must be able to coordinate with other regional teams.
Understand and communicate key statutory provisions, preparation of Dashboard, Tracker, Filing of online applications for Registration, Amendment and Client Query handling. Must be computer literate. Prompt reporting to team lead. Providing support/assistance to team and subordinates. Prompt mail communications, both internal and external. Field operations/conducting audits as and when required.
Take guidance and support from peers and seniors. Must be a self-starter, with ability to plan and work with minimum supervision. Must be a self-learner and seeking ways to upskill.
Good command over English and state/regional language. Ability to communicate well in verbal and written communications. Good at writing emails.
