Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience hiring Interior Designers, Architects, and related profiles within the interior design, architecture, industry.
The role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers,
and related operational roles.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references, and industry networks.
Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creative and technical talent.
HR Operations
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain employee records, attendance, onboarding, confirmations, and exit
processes.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and company compliance standards.
Coordinate with management for organizational planning and workforce
requirements.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and
confidentially.
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy employee relations across teams.
Performance Management
Drive performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation systems.
Track employee performance metrics, productivity, and KRAs/KPIs.
Partner with department managers to identify performance improvement plans and
training needs.
Support retention strategies and career development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of HR operations and labor practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience in employee engagement and grievance management.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
