Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in blue-collar and retail hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, onboarding coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases for multiple locations and departments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, job portal handling, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and retail positions.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, social media, and field recruitment.
Conduct bulk hiring drives for positions such as:
Sales Executive
Cashier
Store Staff
Cafe Staff
Housekeeping
Security
Helpers
Technicians
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with department heads.
Coordinate walk-in interviews and campus/job drives.
Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations Support
Assist in attendance, employee engagement, and HR activities.
Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports and monthly hiring status.
Required Skills
Strong experience in blue-collar and retail hiring.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and close positions within timelines.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources preferred.
5 – 7 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in retail, hospitality, facility management, or real estate industry.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidate should be flexible for field hiring and recruitment drives.
