• Use job portals, social media, and offline methods (walk-ins, campus drives) to attract and screen large volumes of candidates.

• Conduct telephonic screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding processes.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reporting on hiring status.

• Work with multiple clients and adapt hiring strategies to their specific needs.
