Handling the recruitment of candidates, including job postings, candidate screening, schedule interviews.

Coordinate the on boarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the school environment.

Maintain all records and update employee personal files and HR databases. Reference and background verification for shortlisted candidates

Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and ensuring timely reviews. Maintain training records and Monitor staff development and career progression within the school.

Maintain Leave records and update HR policies in line with best practices and legal requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for quotes and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
