Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT requirements

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases

Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements

Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR discussions

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

Maintain daily recruitment reports and tracker updates

Achieve assigned hiring targets within timelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Any Qualification

Experience in Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory

(Senior recruiters prefered) With past higher package on records

Good communication skills in:

English

Hindi

Kannada

Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection is mandatory 💻

Salary Package:

💰 ₹85,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
