Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.

  • Manage bulk, lateral, and NAPS/NATS hiring.

  • Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

  • Maintain recruitment reports and talent pipelines.

  • Strong sourcing, screening, and client-coordination skills.
