We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across both white-collar and blue-collar functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic manpower planning, policy formulation, dashboard management, and position closures. This role demands a proactive recruiter who is goal-oriented, resourceful, and capable of fulfilling business staffing needs swiftly and efficiently.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Effectively close positions for both blue-collar (e.g., operations, housekeeping,Security Staff,Plumber, Painter,Ac technicians,and Electricians logistics) and white-collar (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Admin) roles.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, vendors, and employee referrals.
Strategic Hiring & Manpower Planning:
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs and workforce forecasting.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring gaps and build talent pipelines.
Dashboard & Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate recruitment dashboards.
Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
Company Policy & Compliance:
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure adherence to company processes during recruitment and onboarding.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the key liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
Provide weekly hiring updates and insights to management.
Vendor & Agency Management:
Handle external hiring partners, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closures.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR recruitment with strong exposure to both white- and blue-collar hiring.
Proven track record in strategic hiring, manpower planning, and recruitment analytics.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor compliance, and employment policies.
