The Senior HR Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizationās people strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
š Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and legal requirements
Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures
Oversee performance management cycles and support leadership in appraisals
Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support payroll inputs and benefits administration
Drive employee engagement programs and internal communication strategies
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

š Qualifications
Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3ā6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
