Job Summary
HE/SHE is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This role encompasses overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and delivering employee training programs for organizational development. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Operations
· Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Manage payroll, benefits, and employee data systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
· Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflict resolution, while maintaining positive employee relations.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Implement effective on boarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
Develop succession planning and career development strategies.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
Conduct audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market analyses to ensure salary structures are competitive.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Learning & Development
Oversee employee induction, orientation,and continuous learning initiatives.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
Promote continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive HR experience,
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
