Core duties of the role involve the following responsibilities:
Personnel & Manpower Management
Supervise Guards: Conduct daily or routine site visits to ensure security staff are on duty, in proper uniform, and maintaining discipline.
Shift Scheduling: Manage attendance, allocate duties, and arrange for shift replacements or backup guards when absences occur.
Training & Development: Orient new hires, train staff on fire safety, emergency evacuation protocols, and client-specific security rules.
Operations & Site Compliance
Site Inspections: Patrol and check the security standards across different properties to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Mobilization: Assist in setting up and securing newly acquired sites.
Incident Management: Investigate disturbances, respond to alarms, and guide on-site guards through crisis or emergency situations.
Client & Administrative Duties
Reporting: Document detailed site visit reports, daily activity logs, and incident reports for the head office.
Client Relations: Address complaints, collect special requests from clients, and ensure both customer and employee satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, billing documentation, and follow up on payments when required.
