About the Role

Zenticon Private Limited is looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, primarily for driver recruitment and other blue-collar hiring requirements. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
Screen candidates based on client requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up regularly until candidates join.
Maintain accurate candidate records in Google Sheets/CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team and clients regarding recruitment status.
Achieve daily recruitment targets and submit daily activity reports.
Ensure professional communication with all candidates.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or BPO is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.
Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
