US Staffing Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based clients across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience working with US job portals, and understanding of US work authorization types.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication
Work on different types of requirements including W2, C2C, and Full-Time
Understand US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and job offers
Meet daily and weekly submission targets
Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with US job portals
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Basic understanding of US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
0–3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Experience working with ATS tools is a plus
