We are looking for experienced "Sales recruiter" who could do screening, shortlisting, interviewing field sales executives candidates from BFSI in India by sourcing thru social media and their job portals

Job timing 12 pm afternoon - 7 pm

5 days working from Monday - Friday

To work remotely

Should have minimum 2 years experience as "Sales Recruiter " into bulk hiring of field sales executive

Can speak English fluently

Should have computer knowledge and Admin skills

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions

Source and engage candidates via online platforms

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
