Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales positions (Tele Sales, Field Sales, BDEs, etc.)

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and other innovative channels

 Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company fit

 Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with hiring managers

 Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, oAer-to-join ratio, and interview-to selection ratio  Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and drive hiring events in coordination with business teams  Maintain and update candidate data and MIS reports regularly

 Build a pipeline of potential candidates for urgent and future requirements

 Coordinate with onboarding and HRBP teams for smooth post-oAer engagement and joining

Key Requirements:

 1–5 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring, preferably for sales roles

 Proven ability to handle 10–20 closures/month

 Experience working with aggressive hiring targets and timelines
