Role: Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

We are looking for highly motivated and career-driven individuals who want to start their journey in the IT staffing industry as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in U.S. IT recruitment, marketing, and talent management.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Market consultants on various job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the U.S.

• Submit consultants to suitable requirements, follow up, and schedule interviews.

• Maintain daily reports and activity trackers.

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms.

• Coordinate with the internal team to onboard consultants.

• Learn industry tools and trends to build sourcing and recruiting strategies.

✅ Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must)

• Willing to work U.S. night shift (EST/CST/PST time zones)

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies is a plus

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and online research
