Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can manage a team of recruiters along with handling individual recruitment responsibilities. The person will support the Head - TA in managing daily team activities, client coordination, team performance, and ensuring smooth recruitment delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment knowledge, good people management skills, and the ability to handle clients and resolve issues independently.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery of assigned requirements.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and recruitment targets.
Conduct regular team discussions and provide guidance to improve performance.
Support team members in resolving challenges related to sourcing, candidate quality, and closures.
Ensure recruiters follow defined recruitment processes and maintain proper updates.
Support training and development of team members.
Client Management
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations.
Act as a point of contact for client communication and updates.
Handle client concerns and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and quality delivery.
Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
Recruitment Delivery
Handle individual recruitment mandates along with team management responsibilities.
Work on critical and challenging positions.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates as per client requirements.
Guide the team on sourcing strategies and candidate approach.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and support closures.
Reporting & Process Management
Track team performance, open positions, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
Share regular updates with the Head - TA on team progress and challenges.
Identify gaps in the recruitment process and suggest improvements
