Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our recruitment and coordination team. This internship provides valuable exposure to corporate hiring practices, client interaction, and hands-on experience in the HR domain.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or MBA Freshers (any stream)

• Open to both Male & Female candidates

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Passionate about a career in recruitment and HR coordination

• Must be based in or willing to work from the listed locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

• Manage client communication and coordination for hiring needs

• Support documentation and offer letter issuance

• Perform cold calling and follow-up with potential candidates

• Maintain records and update internal databases

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Note: May involve client meetings on select Saturdays
