Vaibhav Enterprises is a Third Party Aggregator (TPA) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and management of apprentices for partner industries across India under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for NAPS/NATS apprentices across multiple client companies.
· Understand client manpower requirements and design sourcing strategies accordingly.
· Coordinate with HR and training departments of client organizations for apprentice deployment.
· Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for eligible candidates.
· Maintain database of candidates, institutions, and placement records.
· Handle documentation and compliance as per NAPS/NATS norms (portal entries, agreements, etc.).
· Ensure smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and handholding of apprentices.
· Liaise with government officials, Regional Directorates, and Sector Skill Councils as required.
· Prepare recruitment reports, monthly MIS, and feedback summaries.
· Manage and guide a small team of recruiters or coordinators.
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
· 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in skill development or apprenticeship domain.
· Strong knowledge of NAPS/NATS process, TPA documentation, and compliance norms.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to work under targets and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools/portals.
· Result-oriented and proactive approach.
· Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
· Understanding of youth employability and skill ecosystem.
· Team leadership and training ability.
