Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Recruitment associate to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across multiple industries. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently from home.
Job Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, and job fit.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently from home.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
0–3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
