Role Overview:
End-to-end recruitment role with 80% Non-IT hiring and 20% IT recruitment for a staffing/recruitment firm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)

· Candidate sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn & free job portals

· Interview coordination & client handling

· ATS management and regular hiring updates

Requirements:

· 1-2+ years experience in agency recruitment

· Strong Non-IT hiring exposure (IT basics preferred)

· Good communication & ability to work independently

Immediate / 15 days joiners preferred.
