Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource & Backend Executive to manage HR operations along with administrative and backend support functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee records management, documentation, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees
Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with company rules and HR procedures
Handle backend documentation, data entry, and report preparation
Maintain company databases, records, and files accurately
Coordinate with accounts, operations, and management teams
Prepare internal reports, letters, and official documentation
Manage office coordination and administrative tasks as required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or backend operations preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Professional attitude and teamwork mindset
Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration
