Job Description

Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Industry: Polymer Trading / Commodity Trading

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 1+ years (mandatory recruitment experience)

Role: End-to-end hiring within defined TATs.

Positions to Hire:

• Field Sales – BDE / BDM

• CRR (Customer Relationship & Retention)

• Accounts (AC)

• Finance

• Billing

• MIS

• Collection

• Backend / Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer & joining

• Hiring through portals, references, consultants & internal database

• Close positions within strict TAT

• Maintain hiring tracker & weekly status updates

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B / Trading / Manufacturing industry

• Strong follow-ups, coordination & closure skills
