We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Frontline Hiring Recruiter to manage large-scale hiring for delivery and frontline workforce roles across leading consumer and logistics brands such as BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, logistics partners, warehouse operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Bulk Hiring & Candidate Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment for delivery executives, warehouse staff, riders, pickers/packers, and other frontline roles.
Handle large hiring volumes while maintaining strong turnaround time (TAT) and joining ratios.
Source candidates through:
Job portals
Field sourcing
Referral networks
WhatsApp groups
Local hiring channels
Candidate Engagement & Screening
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Maintain continuous follow-ups to ensure candidate joining and retention.
Client Delivery & Coordination
Work closely with internal delivery managers and client stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
Track daily hiring metrics such as:
Sourcing volume
Interview conversions
Joining ratio
Drop-offs
Ensure timely updates and reporting on open positions and closures.
Operations & Process Management
Maintain candidate databases and update hiring trackers/ATS systems regularly.
Support onboarding formalities including documentation, background checks, and compliance coordination.
Identify process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and reduce drop-offs.
