🚀 Your Role (Key Responsibilities)

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Sales Execution: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contract terms and close deals.

Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the client and the recruiting team to ensure service excellence and quality candidate delivery.

Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

🎯 We're Looking For
0-3 years of sales or business development experience candidates, preferably in IT staffing.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
