Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases

  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and face-to-face)

  • Maintain candidate pipeline and daily hiring trackers

  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and closures

  • Follow up with candidates until joining and post-joining

  • Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports

  • Coordinate with clients for feedback and interview status

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sourcing and screening abilities

  • Ability to work on targets and deadlines

  • Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is an advantage

  • Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

  • Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar or volume hiring is a plus
