Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk hiring for Zepto, Warehouse, Pharma & Retail roles

  • Source candidates via Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals & database

  • Conduct telephonic screening & interview coordination

  • Achieve daily calling, shortlisting & joining targets

  • Share real-time updates on selection & joining status

  • Maintain MIS, trackers & follow-ups

Requirements

  • Good Hindi communication (basic English preferred)

  • Experience in volume hiring / blue-collar recruitment preferred

  • Ability to work on targets & fast TAT

  • Basic Excel / Google Sheet knowledge
