Job Title: HR Recruiter – Delivery Staff Hiring (Swiggy Instamart)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team for Swiggy Instamart. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding Delivery Executives to meet the growing operational demands of Swiggy Instamart in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of delivery boys (field staff) for Swiggy Instamart.

• Conduct walk-in interviews, telephonic screenings, and explain job roles and responsibilities.

• Ensure documentation is complete: PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, RC, Bank details, etc.

• Coordinate with training and onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining.

• Maintain recruitment database and daily MIS reports.

• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.

• Liaise with third-party vendors, delivery hubs, and local partners for bulk hiring when required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment tools.

Skills Required:

• Experience in hiring field staff (delivery/manpower agencies)

• Local language proficiency is preferred (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, etc.)

• Strong networking and sourcing abilities

• Good negotiation and convincing skills
