Coordinate interviews and follow up until successful onboarding.
Maintain daily reports and update candidate trackers.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Friendly, energetic, and talkative personality.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable handling 80–100 calls per day.
Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
