Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end fleet hiring activities and vendor coordination.
Manage driver/fleet onboarding process and required documentation.
Coordinate with operations team for vehicle placement and manpower availability.
Maintain hiring tracker, joining status, and deployment records.
Ensure timely fulfillment of fleet/manpower requirements.
Follow up with vendors and drivers for smooth onboarding.
Support daily operational activities related to fleet management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations preferred.
Knowledge of onboarding/document verification processes.
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
Ability to work in fast-paced operational environment.
