Female HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and overall HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Experience in payroll management and HR operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
