Role Summary

The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across levels — from labour/blue-collar staff to managerial and leadership positions. The role ensures timely manpower fulfillment, effective candidate sourcing, cultural fitment, and compliance with company policies, while enhancing the employer brand in the market.

   Technical (Job Related) Skills

     Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process.

     Familiarity with labour law basics & compliance for blue-collar hiring.

     Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

     Data management & reporting (MS Excel, HRMS, ATS software).

     Trade/skill test coordination for technical roles.

     Basic understanding of psychometric & behavioral assessments.

     Presentation & documentation skills (MIS, dashboards, reports).
