About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Yeldam's QSR, Central Kitchen, Store Operations, and Support Staff requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Experience in QSR, Hospitality, Retail, Food & Beverage hiring preferred.
Good knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for QSR, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, or central kitchens.
