Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
● Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
● Negotiate salary and discuss joining timelines with selected candidates.
● Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process for new employees.
● Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Preferred Candidate
● 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
