Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and qualify candidates for open positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding.
Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of IT concepts and technical roles (e.g., Java, AWS, Azure, Python, SAP all module etc.).
Experience with various sourcing techniques.
Experience in client Handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
