We are hiring enthusiastic IT Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. If you have a passion for hiring and want to build your career in IT recruitment, wed love to meet you!

Job Role: IT Recruiter
Location: Jhala Chambers, Floor No. 02 & 03, Camp, Pune 411001 Landmark- near Tryluck

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates
Screening resumes and evaluating technical fit
Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication
Offer negotiation and joining formalities
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
Bachelors degree in HR/IT or related field (preferred)
Experience in staffing firms is an added advantage
Immediate joiner or 15 days Notice Period

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Negotiable (based on performance & last drawn salary)
Laptop provided
