We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
