About the Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and driven Business Consultant or Senior Business Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition & Executive Search team. This role is open to both motivated freshers and experienced recruitment professionals. This is not a conventional single-industry recruitment role. You will work on mandates across multiple sectors, functions, countries, and levels, with clear pathways to progress into senior recruitment, client management, and executive search.

Depending on your experience level and business requirements, you will handle or lead assignments involving domestic (India) or international markets, sourcing top-tier professionals across different nationalities and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business frameworks, organizational structures, role expectations, and candidate specifications.

• Source relevant talent through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, references, targeted headhunting, and advanced research techniques.

• Conduct candidate identification, deep screening, preliminary interviews, and comprehensive suitability assessments.

• Engage passive talent and build highly resilient pipelines for niche, specialized, and difficult-to-close positions.

• Present shortlisted candidates to clients backed by clear, professional, and relevant candidate summaries.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, feedback loops, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

• Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates to ensure a stellar candidate experience.

• Collaborate with existing clients to map out current and upcoming hiring requirements.

• Partner closely with internal recruiters and specialist teams to scale and deliver robust talent pipelines.

• Research talent markets, industries, emerging sectors, and global geographies to map out hidden talent pools.

• Execute domestic and international assignments, including cross-border and multi-nationality hiring.

• Take ownership of senior, niche, management, and executive search mandates (with mentorship provided for freshers).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

• For Freshers: A strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and a highly competitive, target-driven mindset.

• For Experienced Candidates: 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency sourcing (experience in international hiring or niche sectors is a major plus).

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
