Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT / Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, managing end-to-end recruitment, and achieving monthly submission and offer targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Achieve monthly submission, interview, and offer closure targets.

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Ensure quick turnaround time for closures.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with job portals such as:

  • Naukri

  • LinkedIn

  • Monster India

  • Indeed

• Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and ATS tools.

• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience working with domestic or US recruitment is an added advantage.

Performance Expectations

• Meet monthly submission and interview targets.

• Maintain quality profiles and offer a conversion ratio.

• Ensure proper candidate engagement and closure process.
