Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Conduct exit interviews and full-and-final settlement coordination
Support training and development initiatives
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
0–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
