Job Summary

Umanist Business Consulting OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as HR Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about people, communication, and building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements shared by clients

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients

Maintain candidate records and update internal systems

Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and internet usage

Willingness to learn recruitment processes

Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, etc.)

Freshers are welcome

Interest in HR/Recruitment field

Shift Details

India Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM

US Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
UK Shift: 12PM-9PM(Day and Night shift)
