Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Freshers & Experienced)
Location: Kanpur (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based IT requirements
• Work with different tax terms such as W2, CZC, and 1099
• Post job openings on portals like Linkedin, Monster, Dice, etc.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT candidates

Requirements:
• Freshers with excellent English communication can apply
• Experienced candidates must have knowledge of W2,
C2C, and 1099 hiring
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Linkedin, Monster, Dice, etc.) is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Top-notch English required)
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US Shift)
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies is a plus
