Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Follow up on interview feedback, offer status, and joining.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.

• Handle multiple job requirements and meet recruitment targets within timelines.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand changing hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
