Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for non-technical roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

• Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.

• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities.

• Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Non-IT hiring processes.

• Experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Hindi communication skills preferred.
